– 50ml The Wild Geese® Rare Irish Whiskey
– 35ml Elderflower cordial
– 2 strawberries
– 2 lime wedges
– 1 barspoon vanilla sugar
– 170ml Lemonade
Muddle limes, strawberries and sugar in a highball glass, add crushed ice, Rare Irish Whiskey and elderflower cordial and stir. Top with lemonade and garnish with a strawberry slice.
