– 50ml The Wild Geese® Rare Irish Whiskey
– 10ml Elderflower cordial
– 10ml Galliano
– 3 dashes peach bitters
– Rinse tumbler with Galliano and discard, shake remaining ingredients with ice and strain into tumbler.
– Snap lemon zest on top.
