Ingredients
- 2 parts of The Wild Geese® Golden Rum
- 1 part of sweet vermouth cocchi
- Dash of Mandarin bitter
- 5 drops of Irish stout aroma
Garnish
- Potato peel
- Perfume it with lemon zest
Method
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, shake well than pour into a cocktail glass and perfume with a citrus zest.
