Rum Mule

Gingery and peppery. Refreshingly crispy to quench your thirst… every time. Easy to make and what’s more it kicks like a mule!

Ingredients

  • 2 parts of The Wild Geese® Golden Rum
  • 2 parts of apple juice
  • Half part of lemon juice
  • Half part of vanilla syrup
  • 3 dashes of Angostura
  • Ginger beer

Garnish

Shiso leaf

Method

Pour all the ingredients, apart from the ginger beer, into a shaker. Add ice and shake well… then pour over ice in a tall glass and top up with the ginger beer… garnish with shiso leaf.
