Ingredients
- 2 parts of The Wild Geese® Golden Rum
- 1 part of Tia Maria
- 1 part of cream
Garnish
- Cocoa powder
- Gold leaf
Method
Shake all ingredients with plenty of ice, until the cream gets frothy, then pour into a champagne glass and garnish with cocoa powder and gold leaves.
