Nose: A light berry, sweetness at first. Oak develops followed by barley, digestive biscuits and vanilla.
Palate: A cool and refreshingly sweet early palate. Giving way to a richer sweetness with undertones of manuka honey, aniseed and a slight citric tang.
Finish: There is a refreshingly sharp oak present at the very end, preceded by more creamy vanilla.
Overall: A delightful Irish blend that is a superb example of a sweet and vanilla rich whiskey.
