	may change from time to time. These Terms of Use must be read in conjunction with the Protégé Privacy Statement - which is hereby 
	incorporated into these Terms of Use.

1.2 	By accessing this Site you confirm that you are either:

1.2.2	if you are entering this site from outside the UK, you also confirm that you are over the legal drinking age in the country from which you are 
		accessing this site; or

		trade who is engaged in or employed by a business which is also part of that trade

1.3	Protégé makes no representations that the materials contained within this Site are appropriate for locations outside the UK. If it is illegal 
	for you to use this Site or view any of the contents in the country in which you are resident or in the country from which you are accessing it,

4.  Applicable law and jurisdiction

	with these terms. 
4.2	For our exclusive benefit, we shall retain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of your country of 
	residence or, where these terms are entered into in the course of your trade or profession, the country of your principal place of business.
